Want to be a Scrutineer?

Scrutineers play a crucial role watching the count and reporting results back to HQ.

Here’s what you need to know:

• Arrive by 5:30pm – doors close at 6pm and late entry isn’t allowed
• This critical role watches as the votes are counted on election night and is essential for helping Sue and the HQ team track how we’re going.
• Finish time varies – you’ll wrap up once all the votes are counted: we expect a small booth of around 300 votes to take around 30mins but it really depends on the AEC officer.

• Details to the celebration events 
• Links to general volunteer and scrutineer training recording and slide deck - please read/watch these so you are prepared on the day (especially if you're signing up to scrutineer!)
